2023 Season Roundup

The society enjoyed a very successful season in 2023, helped in no small way by our generous sponsors. Member numbers were sustained within our target range and the amount of golf played increased significantly over the previous year, with good attendances at outings and high levels of participation in the match play competitions. Diversity in the society improved with the addition of a number of new lady members who we warmly welcome. Experimental changes to the format of outings were well-received including less formal dining after the golf and including a scramble competition. We plan to incorporate more of these in the 2024 programme.

2024 Programme Launch

The Society is delighted to launch it’s exciting 2024 programme which is open to members new and old. The programme includes 6 outings including a joint one with Insurance Ireland and support for an important charity outing. Membership of the society provides excellent value for money and great opportunities for networking. We extend a sincere thank you to our sponsors for their continuing support, including Druids Heath GC and Powerscourt GC for their generous support for our match play competitions.

For our first outing on Tuesday 23rd April we return to the extremely popular Jameson Golf Links at Portmarnock Resort. We encourage members to sign up early and pre-book their outings as with the addition of the famous K Club to our 2024 programme, we anticipate some outings could be fully booked. Book early to avoid disappointment.

The society is open for a limited number of new membership applications. The society exists to provide networking opportunities, through golf, for senior executives, past and present, working in the international financial services sector.  If you are interested in joining, please contact the Secretary for more details.
